Like most website operators, PartydoosMedia collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. PartydoosMedia's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how PartydoosMedia's visitors use its website. Gathering of personally-identifying information.

Certain visitors to PartydoosMedia's websites choose to interact with PartydoosMedia in ways that require PartydoosMedia to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that PartydoosMedia gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at to provide a username and email address.

PartydoosMedia asks customers to fill in personally identifiable information when making payments through our payment processors (such as, but not limited to Evapay). We ask for this information in order to comply with article 35a of the Dutch Turnover Tax Act (1968) and to make your download available via the 'Projects' page. The personally identifiable information that is entered through the Payment Portal form will be entered, with the exception of your email address, on a digital invoice.

PartydoosMedia keeps invoices for 7 years in accordance with the Dutch storage obligation. (Bewaarplicht). These invoices are saved locally on up to three hard drives as well as digitally in a secure cloud environment and will only be shown outside of PartydoosMedia and its Group / Partners if required by the Dutch tax authorities.

With your explicit consent or at your request, we will share your personal information within the scope of your consent/request with specific third parties designated by you. For example, when you use your PartydoosMedia Account to sign in to another website or app.

In order to successfully conduct business operations and to provide you with all the functions of our products or services, we may share your personal information from time to time to other PartydoosMedia affiliates.

PartydoosMedia works together with a group of companies. These other group of companies (hereinafter 'Group') are independent entities, incubated by PartydoosMedia, and are experts in their fields.
PartydoosMedia may disclose your personal information to this group to provide you with and improve the existing products and services from the Group its companies. Some of these products or services will still be sold under the PartydoosMedia brand, while others may use their own brand. PartydoosMedia is not responsible for these group of companies.

In accordance with legal requirements, legal procedures, litigation and/or requests from government agencies, PartydoosMedia may need to disclose your personal information. If the disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement, or other matters of public importance, we may also disclose information about you.

The information you discuss to us through a Ticket, is really important. We never disclose any of this information outside of PartydoosMedia and its Group and partners.

Data can be removed by Users themselves, PartydoosMedia employees will never ask for personal data.

A locally downloaded Ticket transcript may be used for educational purposes, we may use a Ticket transcript to educate someone within PartydoosMedia, its Group and/or partners.  If this Ticket transcript includes personal data, it will get removed by the Agent or Agents who were assigned to the Ticket(s). 
This locally downloaded Ticket transcript will be deleted within 2 months after closure of the Ticket.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

PartydoosMedia may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its website. PartydoosMedia may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, PartydoosMedia does not disclose your personally-identifying information.
