The data security declaration of our Web Services is based on the terms of the European legislator's implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To the general public, as well as our clients and business partners, our data security declaration should be legible and understandable. We would like to first clarify the language used in order to guarantee this.
We use, among other items, the following words in this data security declaration:
a) Personal Data

Processing means any operation or set of operations carried out on personal data or on a set of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, arrangement, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by means of transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
d) Third party
A third party is a natural or legal individual, public official, entity or body other than the data subject, the controller, the processor and individuals who are allowed to process personal data under the direct authority of the controller or the processor. Including but not limited to (business) partners.
The consent of the data subject is any freely granted, specific, aware and unambiguous indication of the wishes of the data subject by which he or she consents to the processing of personal data relating to him or her by means of a declaration or a direct affirmative action.
Like most website operators, PartydoosMedia collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. PartydoosMedia's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how PartydoosMedia's visitors use its website. From time to time, PartydoosMedia may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
PartydoosMedia also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on https://www.partydoosmedia.com their website. PartydoosMedia only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
Gathering of personally-identifying information.
Certain visitors to PartydoosMedia's websites choose to interact with PartydoosMedia in ways that require PartydoosMedia to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that PartydoosMedia gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at www.partydoosmedia.com to provide a username and email address.
PartydoosMedia asks customers to fill in personally identifiable information when making payments via the so-called Payment Portal. We ask for this information in order to comply with article 35a of the Dutch Turnover Tax Act (1968) and to make your download available via the 'Projects' page. The personally identifiable information that is entered through the Payment Portal form will be entered, with the exception of your email address, on a digital invoice.
PartydoosMedia keeps invoices for 7 years in accordance with the Dutch storage obligation. (Bewaarplicht). These invoices are saved locally on up to three hard drives as well as digitally in a secure cloud environment and will only be shown outside of PartydoosMedia and its Group / Partners if required by the Dutch tax authorities.
The information you discuss to us through a Ticket, is really important. We never disclose any of this information outside of PartydoosMedia and its Group and partners.
Data can be removed by Users themselves, PartydoosMedia employees will never ask for personal data.
A locally downloaded Ticket transcript may be used for educational purposes, we may use a Ticket transcript to educate someone within PartydoosMedia, its Group and/or partners. If this Ticket transcript includes personal data, it will get removed by the Agent or Agents who were assigned to the Ticket(s).
This locally downloaded Ticket transcript will be deleted within 2 months after closure of the Ticket.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
PartydoosMedia may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its website. PartydoosMedia may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, PartydoosMedia does not disclose your personally-identifying information.
To enrich and perfect your online experience, PartydoosMedia uses accounts to provide customer support and give them their bought products.
It's prohibited by law to not follow the instructions related to official holding of the projects or products received by PartydoosMedia. Unless the customer has bought a license, no permanent access is ever given to a customer.

PartydoosMedia has integrated the component of Panelbear on this website. Panelbear is a privacy-friendly web analytics service. Web analytics is the collection, gathering, and analysis of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. A list of data Panelbear gathers can be found here.
We utilise Hotjar to better understand our consumers' demands and to improve our service and experience. Hotjar is a technological solution that allows us to better understand our users' experiences (e.g., how much time they spend on which sites, which links they choose to click, what users enjoy and don't like, and so on), allowing us to create and maintain our service based on user input. Hotjar collects data about our users' activity and devices through cookies and other technologies.
This information includes a device's IP address (which is processed during your session and de-identified), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the selected language used to display our website. Hotjar saves this information in a pseudonymised user profile on our behalf. Hotjar is not allowed to sell any of the information gathered on our behalf.
