Once the payment has been received, PartydoosMedia will begin work on the project, and will provide the client with the final designs once they are complete.

For large orders or motion design, PartydoosMedia requires a deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. This means that the client will need to provide a deposit at the time the order is placed, using Evapay. The amount of the deposit and the terms of the payment schedule will be agreed upon in writing before work on the project begins. Once the final designs are complete, the client will be required to pay the remaining balance before receiving the final files and/or instructions for implementing the designs.

In addition to its regular fees, PartydoosMedia also charges a Cancellation Fee in case a customer wants to cancel an order while work has already begun on the project. This fee is 1.50€ + 30% of the total price of the order, if the order would have been completed. This means that if a client cancels an order after work has already begun, they will be required to pay a fee in addition to any fees already paid for work completed up to that point.

These fees and payment terms are designed to ensure that PartydoosMedia is fairly compensated for the services it provides, while also being flexible enough to accommodate the needs of its clients. PartydoosMedia uses Evapay for transactions, which is a secure and reliable payment platform making use of Stripe. PartydoosMedia will provide the client with a written agreement outlining the fees and payment terms for each project, to ensure that both parties are clear on the terms of the agreement.

The ownership of the intellectual property rights in any designs or other materials created by PartydoosMedia for its clients is governed by the terms of the agreement between PartydoosMedia and the client. In general, PartydoosMedia will retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in any designs or other materials created by the company, until such time as the client has paid the full fee for the services provided and the final files have been delivered.

Once the client has agreed to the final designs and paid the full fee for the services provided, PartydoosMedia will transfer ownership of the intellectual property rights in the final designs to the client. This means that the client will have the full and exclusive right to use the designs for any purpose, including reproducing, modifying, distributing, and displaying the designs.

However, even after transferring ownership of the intellectual property rights in the final designs to the client, PartydoosMedia retains the right to use the designs, or any prior revisions or versions of the designs, for advertising and marketing purposes. This means that PartydoosMedia may use the designs in its own promotional materials, such as on its website, in brochures, or on social media.

If the client does not agree to PartydoosMedia using the designs for advertising and marketing purposes, they can notify PartydoosMedia of this in writing within 1 week of the final files being delivered to the client. The client can email [email protected], or let PartydoosMedia know during the ordering process. PartydoosMedia will then refrain from using the designs for advertising and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

As a graphic design agency, PartydoosMedia may have access to a wide range of sensitive and confidential information and materials belonging to its clients, including business plans, marketing strategies, and financial data.

This means that if the client provides materials to PartydoosMedia for use in their designs, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary permissions or licenses to use such materials.

In general, PartydoosMedia will use third-party materials in its designs only if they are provided by the client, or if the client or PartydoosMedia has the necessary permissions or licenses to use such materials. PartydoosMedia will usually not use any third-party materials that are not owned by the client, or for which the client or PartydoosMedia does not have the necessary permissions or licenses.

In any business relationship, there is always the potential for disputes or disagreements to arise, and this is also true in the case of PartydoosMedia and its clients. Disputes or disagreements may arise for a variety of reasons, including differences in opinion or interpretation, misunderstandings, or changes in circumstances. For example, a client may be dissatisfied with the designs provided by PartydoosMedia, or may have a different interpretation of the terms of the agreement between the parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartydoosMedia hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services provided by the company, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

PartydoosMedia makes no representations or warranties that the services it provides will meet the clients’ requirements, or that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The client acknowledges that PartydoosMedia has no control over, and no liability for, the quality, timeliness, legality, reliability, or any other aspect of the services provided by third parties that may be used in connection with PartydoosMedia’s services.

In no event shall PartydoosMedia be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the services provided by the company, or the use or inability to use such services, even if PartydoosMedia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This disclaimer of warranties and limitations of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and shall survive the termination or expiration of the agreement between PartydoosMedia and the client.

PartydoosMedia offers unlimited revisions as part of its services to its clients. This means that the client can request as many revisions as they like to the designs provided by PartydoosMedia, until they are satisfied with the final result.

However, the unlimited revisions advertised by PartydoosMedia are subject to certain limitations and exclusions. First and foremost, the unlimited revisions are only applicable to the initial order information provided by the client. Once the client has accepted the first draft of the designs provided by PartydoosMedia, the company will only make additional revisions to the artwork at its discretion. This means that the client may not be able to request unlimited revisions to the artwork after the initial draft has been accepted.

In addition, the unlimited revisions offered by PartydoosMedia do not include major changes to the artwork, such as a complete redo of the design. While the company is willing to make minor changes to the artwork, such as changing text or colours, more significant changes may not be possible under the terms of the unlimited revisions offered.

Furthermore, PartydoosMedia’s unlimited revisions offer is subject to certain time limits. If the client requests revisions to the artwork, the company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate those requests within a reasonable period of time. However, if the client does not request revisions within a reasonable period of time, PartydoosMedia may consider the project to be completed and will not be obligated to make any further revisions.

In the event that PartydoosMedia makes a mistake in the design or delivery of the artwork, such as a corrupt file or a wrong colour profile, the company will offer to resolve the issue within one month of making the product available for download. This means that if the client discovers any errors or mistakes in the artwork within one month of receiving it, they can contact PartydoosMedia and request that the company fix the issue.

PartydoosMedia offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for some of its products. This means that if a customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, they can request a refund in accordance with the company’s refund policy.

The satisfaction guarantee is applicable to products that are eligible for a refund, as specified in the company’s refund policy. For example, if a customer has purchased a product that is eligible for a full refund, they may be able to request a full refund under the satisfaction guarantee if they are not satisfied with the product.
